Subject: Mancianima Stabilization Ritual - First Mass-Production Feasibility Test
Lead Researcher:
I. Abstract
This experiment aims to verify the feasibility of mass-producing the controllable high-tier weapon "Mancianima",
built around the remains of a "Spirit Realm Lord" as its core,
through a three-step process: reverse analysis -> Evolution Stone implantation -> energy stabilization.
II. Materials
-
Subject No. 07: a human host already stabilized at the Familiar stage
-
Spirit Realm Lord remains extract (ID Delta-019)
-
Evolution Stone primordial embryo
-
Stabilization Collar - Prototype
-
Mind-Welding Apparatus
III. Environment
New moon night, altar chamber. All life cleared within a 12-block radius of the ritual circle, except for the subject and its keeper.
IV. Procedure
-
Implant the Evolution Stone embryo into the subject's heart chamber with a silver needle.
-
The keeper witch links her own consciousness to the subject's spirit-mind.
-
Slowly introduce the Spirit Realm Lord remains extract and begin the first round of "stabilization".
-
After each stabilization pass, observers record spiritual-energy fluctuations and the keeper witch's reactions.
-
Continue until the subject can complete all items on test-task list ■■■■■, which is considered successful stabilization.
V. Results
Stage 1: The instant of Evolution Stone implantation, the subject lost consciousness and nearly went rampant.
The witch's mental link held; the subject's state is stabilizing.
Stage 2: First round of remains-shard infusion. Silver fluid seeped from the edges of the subject's skull,
and the irises turned a deep violet. The witch's brainwaves produced the first "stabilization"
- a successful instance of conscious resonance.
Stage 3: 312 consecutive mental welds were performed over 6 hours and 41 minutes.
The witch suffered four bouts of consciousness rupture, all immediately taken over by backup witch-casters,
with no backlash incidents.
Stage 4: After weld #313, the subject regained consciousness.
It opened its eyes, knelt to the Head Witch of its own accord,
and requested its next orders in a calm, precise tone.
Combat instinct test: killed 8 prisoners in one engagement,
with no emotional fluctuation and no wasted motion.
Stage 5: With the "Stabilization Collar" fitted,
the subject accepted remote commands with response latency < 0.3 seconds.
It showed near-instinctive non-aggression toward Pillager Faction entities.
VII. Analysis
The first Mancianima stabilization succeeded. The cost, however, far exceeded estimates:
-
The keeper witch's assessed mental age has aged by approximately 11 years.
-
Two of three backup operators permanently lost autonomous consciousness,
and are now semi-permanently grafted into the subject's consciousness as "stabilizers".
- Spirit Realm Lord remains extract consumption was 3.2x the predicted value;
at current reserves, only six more Mancianima can be produced.
What alarmed the research team most:
A Mancianima's "loyalty" does not originate from the collar,
but from the fragment of witch-consciousness branded into its soul during stabilization.
In other words, deep within every Mancianima's soul,
a sliver of witch-consciousness still whispers, eternally imprisoned.
When asked "why do you serve",
Subject 07 replied:
"Because she is still inside me."
VIII. Recommendations
-
Postpone mass-production until a stable supply of Spirit Realm Lord remains is secured.
-
Strictly restrict autonomous combat authorization for Mancianima units --
the moment the witch-fragment in its soul is externally cleansed or naturally fades,
the Mancianima will instantly enter an undefined "free state",
and no known means currently exists to re-establish control.
- Establish a "Mancianima Observer" post to continuously monitor
the stability of each Mancianima; once it falls below threshold, destroy immediately.

Appendix · Subject 07's First Self-Account (Excerpt)
"I remember her name, but I cannot speak it.
I remember she once smiled, but I do not know why.
She told me to kill, and I killed.
She said I did well,
and I... was happy.
Whether that happiness was hers or mine,
I can no longer tell."
